  1. Is OnlineRaceCalendar.com really FREE?
    A. Yes - absolutely

     
  2. Will my information or my Race information be sold?
    A. No - absolutely not.  See our Privacy Policy

     
  3. How do I get started?
    A. You must first create a User Account
     
  4. How many Races can I enter?
    A. As many as you like - no limit - enjoy.

     
  5. How soon till the Races I enter are posted?
    A. Usually, with in the hour, but please allow for a 24hour window of approval.
    All submitted Races must go through an approval process to confirm information is valid.

     
  6. How can I get my Race(s) posted quicker?
    A. You can increase the posting time of your event by completing all Race information accurately the first time. 
    * Any changes or updates made to a Race will remove the Race from the OnlineRaceCalendar website pending approval.

     
  7. How do I know if my information has been submitted?
    A. An "Awaiting Final Approval" email will be sent to the email address(es) listed in your Race information.
     
  8. How do I know if my Race is posted on OnlineRaceCalendar.com?
    A. Upon approval an "Approved and is Now Live" email will be sent to the email address(es) listed in your race information.
    You can also search for your Race on the OnlineRaceCalendar.com website.

     
  9. If information is missing, How will  you contact me?
    A. You will be contacted via email at the address(s) entered while submitting your event.

     
  10. If I have questions or need assistance, how should I contact OnlineRaceCalendar.com for help.
    A. Please use our website Contact Form. As we have multiple people on our Service Team it will allow for the quickest response time.
     
  11. What happens after my Race date has passed?
    A. Your Race remains in our data base under your User Account and can be updated at any time for the following year.

     
  12. If my Race is cancelled, what should I do?
    A. Login to your User Account and simply "delete" your Race.
    Please Note: Deletions are final and cannot be retrieved once removed.
